Our culinary team will delight your palate with thoughtfully created and sustainably sourced California cuisine. Guests enjoy private access to the Stavrand’s signature daily breakfast and intimate dinners that are designed to showcase the best of our culinary garden. The chef's seasonal California cuisine weaves in global influences; each meal showcases the bounty of the moment, the team's newest inspirations, and ongoing input from Stavrand guests. Dinner is served on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and for contracted groups. Reservations are subject to availability, and exclusively for hotel guests. The Executive Chef invites you to savor what's fresh, what's interesting, and what's delicious at the moment. In general, "California cuisine with global influences" describes the experience. The team takes pride in sharing the finest of Sonoma and all things sustainable with an array of partnerships with lauded producers.
The three- to five-course pre fixe menu typically commences with a vegetable-forward starter leading to a choice of two or three mains and a dessert, all with thoughtful local wine pairings. The team has drawn great reviews, and space can be limited, so please email hosts@thestavrand.com to reserve your table in advance.
Adult Beverages
Russian River pinot noir, chardonnay, and bubbles fill your minibar and potentially a day (or more) of tasting at neighboring wineries. Or, take a departure from the glorious local wines and enjoy a whiskey fireside with your s’mores...
Chef’s dinner menu will also be served with a mix of local spirits, microbrews, sake, and (yes) wines. Our streamlined, yet diverse beverage program will complement experiences ranging from a multi-course menu to a simple snack.
