Our culinary team will delight your palate with thoughtfully created and sustainably sourced California cuisine. Guests enjoy private access to the Stavrand’s signature daily breakfast and intimate dinners that are designed to showcase the best of our culinary garden. Chef's dinner menu is set each afternoon, calling upon the bounty of the moment, his newest inspirations, and even the weather forecast. Reservations are subject to availability, and exclusively for hotel guests. Guest Breakfast

Roll out of bed and enjoy Chef’s hot daily breakfast. Fresh juices, strong local Black Oak coffee and Uppercase Tea, and a choice of sweet or savory entrée will inspire you to venture out and explore the culinary largess of Sonoma.

Casual Yet

The culinary team invites you to savor what's fresh, what's interesting, and what's fired up their palates that day. The team takes pride in showcasing the finest of Sonoma and all things sustainable with an array of partnerships with lauded producers like Water 2 Table (hook and line caught seafood), Sonoma Meat Co., and Tierra Vegetables, to name a few.

A three- to five-course pre fixe menu is released each afternoon, and typically commences with a vegetable-forward starter leading to a choice of two mains and a dessert from the pastry chef, all with thoughtful, local Sonoma wine pairings. The team has drawn great reviews, and space can be limited, so please email to reserve your table in advance.

Adult Beverages

Russian River pinot noir, chardonnay, and bubbles will fill your minibar and potentially a day (or more) of tasting at any number of neighboring wineries. To complement these favorites, enjoy a whiskey fireside with your s’mores...

Chef’s dinner menu will also be served with a mix of local spirits, microbrews, sake, and (yes) wines. Our streamlined, yet diverse beverage program will complement experiences ranging from a multi-course menu to a simple snack.
