Guest Breakfast

Roll out of bed (or don’t) and enjoy Chef’s hot daily breakfast. Fresh-squeezed juice, strong local coffee, and a choice of sweet or savory entrée will inspire you to venture out and explore the culinary largess of Sonoma – or stay close to home at the Stavrand and enjoy some treats poolside. Very early risers and guests “on the go” may select from lighter options though we encourage you to indulge a bit at our airy dining patio, where you can connect with the Stavrand's staff and hosts to map out your day’s adventures!

Between meals, later in the evening, poolside, in-room, or packed in a cooler to go, Chef and the Stavrand team have got you covered for round-the-clock casual dining. Count on a mix of evergreen favorites like cheese and charcuterie, plus creative daily dishes like corn arancini with fennel pollen aioli.

Mixology & More

Russian River Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and other delightful varietals will fill your minibar and potentially a day (or more) of tasting at any number of neighboring wineries. To complement these favorites, enjoy a clever or classic cocktail poolside – or sip a whiskey with those fireside s’mores.

Chef’s dinner menu will also be served with a mix of local spirits, microbrews, sake, and (yes) wines. Our streamlined, yet wide-ranging beverage program will complement experiences ranging a multi-course menu to a simple snack.
